The program is the guidebook that attendees rely upon to find their way
through the Congress. The program includes detailed descriptions of all
workshops, special events, and vendors exhibiting.
Of all materials the attendees receive, the program is the one they carry
with them and refer to regularly throughout the congress to decide which
workshops and events to attend, and to learn which companies have sponsored
workshops and events. Attendees also use this program to find their favorite
vendors in the exhibit hall and to discover which new companies they should
learn about. After the congress, this program is a valuable reference tool when
looking for a dance school, instructor or vendor.
If you are exhibiting at the congress, you can boost the return on your

Responsibility for claims and actions based on advertising content is borne
by the advertiser or individual. The Orlando Salsa Congress shall not be
responsible for any damages to persons or property, direct, incidental or
consequential, including lost profits and commercial loss, nor shall it incur
any liability with respect to this agreement, in excess of the cost of the
services paid under this agreement. Any damage or liability is expressly
limited to the cost of services paid by the subscriber.

Vendors Table
You will receive a table with table cloth and a chair. The set up time will be on Friday July 4th at 9:00a.m. You can open and close your booth anytime during the weekend; however, the congress is not responsible for any loss item. The price of the tables will range from $200.00-$500.00 depending on their location, and it will include two free passes to the event.
